Artisan Construction & Design created a unique estimating structure called Artisan Alternative. The method was designed as a protection for clients by combining the “fixed bid” and “cost plus” estimates. This structure incorporates only the positive, minus the negative, features of each structure; resulting in the most transparent and accurate estimate. As far as we know this technique is exclusive to Artisan Construction & Design. Customarily we offer free, no obligation estimates, whether or not the client contracts with Artisan.
